I just love the bright colours of Hello Summer, so I was pretty excited to use it with some photos from a recent trip to the fair with my family!

I started off this story in my summer fun album (the SUPER cute Robin’s Egg Stripe Designer) with a vertical 4x6 page protector that holds a 4x4 photo and 2 smaller 2x2 photos. This is a good way to separate different stories in my album and make a mini title page to a smaller story. I used a colourful ferris wheel photo and some of the SN@P! Basic alpha stickers along with some of the 4x6 Hello Summer stickers to give the story a title. I added in a bright word die cut from the bits and pieces in the 2x2 slot.

I added the date on one of the Carpe Diem Tabs sticker tablet - I’ve been using these a ton in my albums, they’re great for adding dates and phrases, especially to these smaller page protectors. You can even get clear stickers to cover them and make them stronger. If you haven’t tried these out you really should! Of all the new things I’ve tried out so far this year, these have been a real favourite.

On the other side of the small page protector I used one of the 4x4 journalling cards and a cut out word from the patterned paper. On the other side I picked a couple of my favourite photos to start off the story. I cut down the Life is Good paper with the rainbow stripes using the Photo Crops and added some chipboard and bits and pieces to make a bold journal card. I embellished my photos using simple bits and pieces and word stickers.

I feel this way with every new collection, but I just LOVE the phrase stickers that come in the Hello Summer 4x6 sticker pack. They’re perfect for adding a few simple words to a photo and are the perfect blend of basic themed phrases and cheeky sayings.

The colours in my fair photos go perfect with the colours in Hello Summer! I pulled out a few of the 3x4 and 4x6 journalling cards that worked with my photos here and added in some cute stickers from  the 4x6 sticker pack, the chipboard stickers and the combo sticker sheet. It’s all just perfect together!

There are a few Hello Summer elements just waiting for some sunglasses and this sun was one of them. Throughout the story I added sunglasses to all of the journal cards that looked like they could use them and between all the different embellishments from the collection I had a number of shades to pick from. These chipboard heart sunglasses are a favourite.

I finished the story with some more bright journalling cards and embellishments. Once I finished this I realized that the entire story was told with pictures, word stickers and large die cut words. I didn’t pull out a pen once and felt like the pieces of the Hello Summer collection I chose told my story perfectly.

I just had to pull this dorky photo of our annual family ferris wheel ride at the fair from my husband’s Instagram and include it. A simple screenshot and it is in there. I added various phrase stickers here to capture the feeling that summer is really starting. I hope you enjoyed this look at my summer album! I’m just loving the 6x8 size to get our summer fun documented.

My family and I do a lot of camping in the summer and this year I wanted to collect all of our camping trips in one (or maybe two) 6x8 albums. I started with the Robin’s Egg Blue Designer binder because its so pretty, a stack of photos from our first camping trip of the year and the Good Vibes collection! It’s not quite summer here yet and our camping trip was a bit more glamping than camping so Good Vibes had just the right vibe for a weekend of fun, adventure and ice cream.

I decided that each camping trip needs a good title page. For this one I went simple. I just used some of the papers from the Good Vibes 6x8 page, mounted the photo on a smaller piece with torn edges and added some simple stickers. I really like how it turned out. I also used one of the tabs from the planner tabs sticker tablet.

On the other side of my title page I just slid in one of the cute ready to go pages from the 6x8 page. I am so glad that there are two of every page in the paper pad or I would have so much trouble deciding between the patterned sizes or one of the super cute pages with phrases on them.

I used one of the smaller 4x6 vertical page protectors (these are my new pocket page bff!) to add in a vertical picture with some fun stickers on it. The smaller protectors are a great way to add vertical or square photos in and add some dimension to an album.

I usually use a boring combination of pocket pages with 3x4 and 4x6 photos, but I had a lot of photos that would look good square so I added in some of the Insta Pocket Pages to get those square pictures in. I really like how the 2x8 space on the side of this protector gives me some space for cute paper. I never get to use all the cute paper I want in a pocket page album!

There is a great sheet of 4x4 elements in the Good Vibes collection and using the Insta Pocket Pages makes it easy to use them. On the other side of this spread I used a lot of the SN@P! Basics alpha stickers - I really like them for emphasizing text. They come in some great neutral colours and I use them a ton.

The Good Vibes pink script chipboard sticker was a perfect fit in the 2x8 Insta Pocket Page slot. The weekend was all about good vibes so I got that in there for a simple yet fun embellishment.

Simple Stories collections make it so easy to put together a layout and Good Vies is no exception! I used a couple of the 3x4 elements (love those colour combos) along with some of the stickers both from the 4x6 sticker pack and the cardstock combo stickers and it was done! So easy! The colours and sentiments all go together. It’s fantastic.

Here I used another one of the 4x6 vertical pocket pages. I just love those 2x2 slots. I didn’t have any 2x2 photos but they are a perfect fit for a lot of the stickers and bits and pieces. I added in a little journalling spot with one of my favourite pictures. On the other side I used some more of the 3x4 elements along with some stickers. I can never get enough of the phrase stickers that come in the sticker packs.

This page is packed with colour and pattern. I used another one of the Insta Pocket Pages and filled up the 2x2 slots with more of my favourite chipboard stickers and bits and pieces from the Good Vibes collection. I used more of the 4x4 and 3x4 elements on this page, I am pretty sure I used up almost the whole page of both working on these pages. Good Vibes might be one of my favourite collections yet - it’s full of great patterns, some of my favourite colours, cute icons like emojis, coffee cups, cameras, hearts and more and super usable phrases.

Supplies

HI! Odessa here with some SN@P! pages using the I AM Collection! The I AM collection goes great with This Black and White Designer Binder they both have such a chic style!

I’m working on some layouts about me so I Am is the perfect choice! This collection is all about telling your own story with lots of I am-themed phrases to help out and cute icons like cameras, butterflies, typewriters and hearts.

I Am has a great 6x8 paper pad. It’s full of smaller 6x8 papers that slide into 6x8 page protectors easy peasy for full page layouts. There are also some totally frameable phrases that add some easy word art to layouts.

These layouts are about nothing in particular, just me and things I like. Like this page all about cupcakes and face masks, because why not?!? This is my story so I get to decide where it goes. I love how the simple word strip and heart looks on the cupcake picture here.

I just love all the florals and delicate touches in the I Am collection balanced with strong statements and affermations. It’s bold and delicate and complex, just like telling you own story. I included things like screenshots of what I am listening to because it’s a big part of my story.

I used the Basic Alpha Stickers to make bold titles on my pages to guide the story. Along with lots of the phrase stickers and cute Bits and Pieces. This collection is so cohesive that I found the layouts just came together!

If I were to write a list of pocket page things I almost always do, hearts on drinks is a big one. It’s just a great place to add a little touch of whimsy and maybe a word sticker or two. And chipboard hearts are my absolute favourite to add!

I Am has a great SN@P! set that made getting my pockets all filed up even easier! There are some gorgeous double sided 2x2, 3x4, 4x4 and 4x6 cards in there on top of the great (FOILED!!!) cut apart papers.

I really wanted to use some of the cute 2x2 cards so I added in a 4x6 vertical pocket full of 2x2 pockets!

I love adding tabs to inserts so I used the Carpe Diem Tab Sticker Tablet and the matching clear stickers that fit perfectly over the tabs to make them even stronger.

I am all about sticker clusters. A word phrase, maybe some alpha stickers and hearts. That is my happy place. These all about me layouts are the perfect place for the abundance of pretty coffee cup photos I take. Haha!

I found I did not do a lot of journaling in these pages because the journal cards and stickers and Bits and Pieces said what I wanted to say better than I could. I love when photos and paper pair so well!

On the back side of the 4x6 protector I cut up one of the patterned I Am SN@P! cards and stuck some of my favourite stickers and chipboard stickers to it for something decorative.

Another favourite pocket page thing of mine is using a more background photo in place of a 3x4 card and using alpha stickers to make a big title on it.

I hope you enjoyed this look at my SN@P! pages! If you haven’t documented your own story you should give it a try! Round up all those pretty plant and coffee pictures, your stacks of books, selfies and playlists and put it together to tell your story!
