Hello, Carpe Diem Planner Addicts :) How are you planner girls loving your planners so far?!!!  I have seen a lot of these beauties in my Instagram feed and you girls are super inspiring!  Some of you are making want that Platinum!!!    
 

Today I am going to work with the newest Life In Color collection along with the Life in Color Planner Set.  I had a ball playing around with this collection inside my Robin's Egg Carpe Diem Planner...just look at those planner pockets!  Bursting with stickers, washi paper tape, clips and bits & pieces...

 

 

Underneath "It's a Brand New Day", I trimmed down "The Good Life" 12x12 double-sided cardstock paper.  I added some embellishments to the bottom.  I am constantly always changing this out...so much fun!!!

 

 

Lets talk about the Planner Set!  This set is made to fit the 6x8 SN@P! Faux Leather Albums (Binders), which have 2 rings and the Planner Set is also pre-punched with 2 holes.  I want to make this set work inside my Carpe Diem Planner and it's super easy to do because the 2 holes line up perfectly with the 2nd and 4th holes on not only the Carpe Diem A5 planners, but all standard A5 planners!  I grabbed my single hole punch, a divider from my Carpe Diem Planner (that has the 6 holes) and the Life In Color Planner Set.  I used the divider with 6 holes as my template...It took me about a good ten to fifteen minutes to punch out all of the dividers and weekly planner inserts from the set.  If you look closely at the picture below the Planner Set is wider than the dividers and weekly planner inserts that are included in the Carpe Diem Planner!!!  I leave my planner open on my desk so the Planner Set doesn't touch my pen.  If I were to close my planner, it would get in the way of my pen a little bit.  I will probably go back and forth between the Planner Set and my original dividers and weekly planner inserts.  I am a girl that likes to change things up from time to time :)

 

 

Hello new year and new month!!!  My favorite is decorating my monthly spread!  I used lots of Life In Color goodies!  Those wood veneer...LOVE :)  Just look at that wood veneer paperclip!!!  Now I need to sit down and jot down my important to-do's for the month!!!  

 

 

 

 

 

On the back side of January I trimmed out a 3x4 Journaling Card Element, added a photo, a few wood veneer pieces, bradz and stickers!

 

 

Since the 1st started on a Friday, half the page was blank so I added a 4x6 Horizontal Journaling Card Element and extras...

 

 

Week 2 all set and ready to go!  I am sure by the end of the week, it will be filled with more to-do's & lists...ha!  I also added a trimmed down 4x6 Journaling Card :)  

 

 

I created a 6x8 transparency dashboard for my weekly planner inserts...this will be moved from week to week!  There is lots of room to add several different sticky notes with miscellaneous notes.  

 

 

 

Inside the Planner Set, there is a pocket insert!  I am using mine to store my extra 3x4 and 4x6 Journaling Cards!  Those cards always look great in my weekly spreads!
