Hi everyone!  Theresa here with a look into my Carpe Diem planner for September.  I couldn't be more ready for Fall to come and the Hello Fall collection is perfect for welcoming the season.   I used the wood grain patterned paper to place behind the clear "Choose to Shine" dashboard.  A simple way to change up the look of your planner every month.

I chose a flower pattern from the collection to cover the existing September divider.

I love all the warm colors, and they go perfect  with my Marigold planner!  

I decided to try out the daily inserts this month.  I love having the hourly schedule and still having plenty of space for to do's, lists, notes and fun fall embellishments!  Who's ready for pumpkin everything?!?!
