Jomelle Gomez's Blog Posts

Boo! It's Jomelle here today and I would like to share with you my Halloween Set Up in my Carpe Diem planner. I decided to combine two Halloween collections because I love the wicked tree from last year's sticker set, so I used the Spellbound and the Happy Haunting.

I had so much fun setting up my planner because I love Halloween. First, I made a dashboard by layering journaling cards and stickers. I also decided to use the A5 Persimmon planner to make the color orange pop up even more and the black also goes well with it.

My weekly layout during the week of Halloween. This collection did not come with a matching washi tape so I used the washi tape from the Bliss collection.

I wanted to give my page a little bit more character. I found a glimmer mist from my stash and sprayed indirectly to my page. I loved how it turned out.

I hand cut the bat and added some stickers to make another dashboard. I made the bat the center point for this page. I also added some ring reinforcements by using Bewitched double sided paper. The washi tape I used here is from the Bloom Collection.

As you can see here, the bat is removable and can be used as a page marker as well.

Hello Everyone! Have you seen the new Black Bloom Personal Size Planner? I am in love. The flowers are so pretty. I was really excited to set her up. I decided to use some of the Hello Lovely papers.

The Planner Inserts came with the acetate that has "Hello Today" in gold. It looks so beautiful already that I didn't even have to make my own dashboard.

I cut up the 12x12 cardstock with the 3x4 journaling cards and put them in my planner pockets.

My Weekly Layout for the 2nd week of September.

No Washi Tape? No Problem!
Have you ever paid attention to the extra strip that comes with the 12x12 cardstock? Well I didn't want to waste them. So I want to share with you how I saved it and used it as a washi.

I cut them out as I normally would to get rid of the extra strips. I then saved the strip with the design on it.

I then used the strips on each side of the page. I placed them where I normally would use washi tapes. I also inked the edges.

Monthly Layout for September. I'm so used to the big boxes on the monthly in my A5 planner that it took me a little while to adjust to the smaller boxes.

I love how the box stickers from the Bloom Mini Sticker Tablets fits perfectly.

I used small number stamps with black ink to add the dates.

Monthly Overview and Reminders for this month. I love making lists to remind me what I need to do in order to make our vacation come true.

Here I used one of the sticky notes and stuck it in the back of the monthly page. I think it adds a little decor on this empty page.

September 7 is my husband's Birthday. I am planning his special day. Writing them down in my planner helps me remember things that I need to get done before his birthday.

I love layering the stickers as you can see here.

I need to make my plans happen!

Thank you for stopping by the blog. I hope you like the new personal size planners. See you next month.

Hello Everyone! Jomelle here today and I would like to share with you my Summer Planner Set up using the Summer Days Collection. I chose to use the Robin's Egg Carpe Diem Planner.

July is a very busy month for me. So I decided to make a simple but still cute dashboard for my Summer Set up. I used the Summer Days 12x12 cardstock. I then cut up the Vertical Element and glued in the middle. I used the A5 punch to add the dashboard in my planner.

Planner girls just love to fill their planner pockets with all kinds of goodies. I used bits and pieces and journaling cards to decorate my pockets.

Here is my July Monthly Layout. Super busy month for me. I mostly used the bits and pieces to decorate this page.

My weekly layout for July 17 to July 23. This week our family had so much fun. We made lots of fun summer memories. This week is special for me.

I made an envelope to add to my planner.

I use this envelope to store all my planner stickers and other goodies that I might need.

Here I made a simple divider to add in my planner.

I truly enjoyed making my Summer set up using the Summer Days collection. I love all the fun and bright colors. Thank you for stopping by.
