Everyone may be getting excited about Fall now, but I'm still holding on to those precious Summer memories and documenting our wonderful family Disney vacation.

 

I just love a collection that I can use for many subjects. This 'Vintage Blessings' collection works so well for me as I've been happily using it on my Fall photos, but it also works on Summer photos here due to the pretty pinks and aquas. 

 

 

 

I pulled out some of the pretty Summer tones from this range to work with our vacation photos.

 

 

  

Seeing the little set of suitcases in the 'Bits & Pieces' pack made me really happy as they go so well with my page. There was so much in the pack that I could use on my Summer layout.

The 4x6 sticker pack also worked really well and I was able to use quite a few of the phrase stickers.

 

 

I generally can't create a layout without getting the paints out.

For this page, I used a really old leaf stamp and painted it with acrylic paint and stamped it on to the pink dotty 'Gather Together' paper. I then cut around the stamped image. I love how this has worked as I can still see the pretty pink paper through the paint and around the edges. It worked out really well.

 

 

I am really happy with my Summer page. It brings back lots of happy Summer memories to me.  So whilst you are enjoying that Fall feeling, don't forget to continue documenting your Summer memories too.
