Create this pumpkin duo with your favorite pieces from the "Pumpkin Spice" Collection, a couple of recycled glass jars and burnt orange acrylic paint!

Before decorating either jar, a generous amount of burnt orange acrylic paint was squirted into the bottom.  After reattaching the lid (securely), the jar was shaken and rolled around until the interior was completely coated.  Next, I placed the jars upside down onto a thick mat of newspaper and allowed the excess paint to drip off.  You may need a sponge brush just to touch up some spots if needed.  I also used a heat tool (or hair dryer) to complete the drying process.

The largest pumpkin is a standard Mason jar size.  To it, I cut a strip of "Autumn Splendor" paper to 3.75"X12" and taped it in place around the jar with high tack adhesive.  I used a couple of dies that I had on hand to create a cute tag for the front.  The tag was distressed around the edges with a walnut ink and then embellished with goodies from Pumpkin Spice.

The second pumpkin is a smaller 2.75"X5" jar.  The same paper was cut to 2.5"W and just enough to wrap around the jar completely.  After threaded the chipboard buttons with jute, they were attached with a glue dot.

The bands of the lids were covered in a strip of the turquoise barn wood paper from the Simple Basics pack.  A wooden spools was inked with walnut ink and added to the top for the stem.

What an adorable display or gift for the upcoming Autumn season!  I can't wait to share them with my visiting guests soon.  I hope you've enjoyed!

Supplies

Hello!  Shellye with you today with a "So Fancy" tag-desk calendar for the upcoming new year!

I started with a set of six kraft tags that measure 3.75" X 5.5", the "So Fancy" SN@P Cards, various patterned papers and embellishments from the collection and a free printable calendar that I found here.

To begin, I cut the patterned paper down to 3.5" X 4.5" and corner rounded them at the bottom so that they matched the kraft tags.  Next, one of the 3X4 SN@P cards were added with foam adhesive tape.  The calendar was cut down to size, glued in place and then each month was embellished with various pretties!

The backs of the tags include a continuation of the calendar months, July through December:

The calendar is sturdy enough to stand up for display, or add it to an easel.  With holiday gift-making right around the corner, this would make a quick and fun gift for friends on your list!

Supplies

Hi everyone! Shellye here to share an easy-to-make gifting mini album using the "I Am" Collection

To begin I started with three of the components from the Interactive Elements: the larger 4X6 flip element, the matchbook element and the tri-fold element:

I adhered the two smaller elements to the inside pages of the 4X6 element with a high-tack adhesive.

The front was decorated with chibpoard stickers and a ribbon bow.

When the album is first opened, the original pages from the 4X6 element is given.  I added a strand of washi tape, a chipboard butterfly, etc.  The opposite page was left blank.

When the page is turned, you will find the tri-fold element has been added to the right-hand page.

Here is a close-up of the front of the tri-fold.

To the inside of the tri-fold, a 3X4 journal card was attached.  The other pages were left plain so that small photos or journaling can be added.

As you go further into the 4X6 flip element, the pages get larger.  The left-hand side of the page was lightly embellished and the right-hand side is where the matchbook-style element was added.

Just the front of the matchbook element was embellished; the inside pages were left as-is.

I wanted the back of the album to be a bit more sturdy, so a piece of medium-weight chipboard was cut slightly smaller than the 4X6 size.  After adhering the chipboard to the back page, a covering was made by adding one of the 4X6 journal cards.

Now I have the perfect little girlie-girl gift on hand...with a teenaged daughter, we're always needing a last-minute gift for a friend :)

Thank you for joining us today!
