I’m a big pet lover! I’ve had a furry friend in my life as long as I can remember.  Being a card maker, and official photographer of the family means I’m responsible for documenting all of life’s special moments, including those with the family pet.

I’m always excited when a friend adds a new pet to the family.  Pets teach us so many things.. compassion, patience, and responsibility.

My furry friend is my constant companion.  She’s my protector (everyone has to get through her before they say hello to me),  my comfort  and joy (no one is ever happier to see me than her).  She keeps me in shape (making sure I walk her every day), and even saves me a few extra calories every meal (because the last bite of everything is hers).

The Simple Stories Life is Ruff 12” Collection Kit has everything you need to make all the cards I’ve shared today.  They’re perfect for celebrating a new family member, or thanking your vet or friend for keeping an eye on your fur baby while your away.

The collection kit includes sheets of journaling cards, as well as a sticker sheet with images and sentiments.   I usually dust the back of the stickers with baby powder (or powder from my embossing buddy) so they’re not so sticky.  This makes them easier to work with because I can move them if I stick them in the wrong place.  Later when I’m ready to commit I secure them with liquid glue.

Celebrate the special friend in your life (yes there is a collection for the kitties too.. Life is Purrfect!).

I hope you’re having a great day! Today I’m sharing projects created with the Simple Stories Kissing Booth Collection.  You’re going to ADORE this collection.. it’s got romantic dramatic florals, pretty plaids and polka dots, and flirty hearts and kisses!

You'll find die cut Bits and Pieces, 6x12" Chipboard and stickers that make creating with the collection a breeze.

I like to use the 3x4 journalling cards as a focal point for my cards.  They’re quick and fun to embellish and the possibilities are endless!

The Collection Kit includes a sticker sheet.  I sprinkle them with powder to remove the adhesive backing and then add adhesive foam tape so I can add dimension to my creations.   If I later decide I want to adhere them flat I use liquid adhesive.

This collection is sure to make your Valentine’s Day cards, gifts, décor and page layouts a treat!

Jeanne here today!  I’m so excited to share projects made with the Simple Stories Freezin’ Season collection!   The weather outside might be frightful, but inside crafting is totally delightful!

The Collection has everything you need to make, make, make! The papers are pretty pink and coral, teal and navy with pops of yellow and green. It's absolutely wonderful!

The Chipboard Stickers, and printed die cut Bits and Pieces are easy to work with.  Because they’re already cut out all you need to do is arrange them.  I spread them out all over my work surface and position them on clear sheets of plastic the same size as my card base.  It’s easy to pick up the arranged sheets and lay them over different patterns of paper to help me choose which one I like best.

You’ll love the snow theme and different elements that make creating a scene easy.  To make hills and snowy drifts I cut waves with scissors.  Mixing light and dark pattern papers for backgrounds adds depth and dimension.

I tucked the Bits and Pieces pine trees and mountains behind the drifts, and used the circle snowflakes as a sun in the scenes.

There’s so much to love with the Simple Stories Freezin’ Season Collection! The cuteness will make you smile and fill your hearth with warmth.
